Pollster.com puts a number of different polls together in one composite reading. According to their reading of all the data, McCain has shot into a tie, or might even have the lead, having gained a significant bounce from the Republican convention and the mass introduction of Gov. Sarah Palin.
Specifically, Rasmussen has the race tied, 48-48, in a poll of 3000 likely voters taken between 9/6 and 9/8.
